EventPulse offers subscription plans with a 30-day free trial. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventPulse and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
